Most Important Principle

Stay on elevated platforms at mid-range -- close enough for DPS but far enough to dodge ornament arcs and needle spread!

Everscream has 13,000 HP with 38 defense (higher than most event bosses). It is ground-bound but attacks with arcing ornaments and spread-fire pine needles. Fighting from elevated platforms at mid-range lets you dodge both attack types while maintaining DPS. Too close and needles overlap, too far and ornaments arc over your head.
