Mourning Wood is the first mini-boss of the Pumpkin Moon event, spawning from Wave 4 onward. It rains Greek Fire from above and shoots flaming projectiles along the ground. Farm it for Spooky Wood and the Necromantic Scroll -- two of the best summoner progression items in the game.

Mourning Wood is ground-bound with 12,000 HP and 28 defense. Its biggest threat is the Greek Fire rain that lingers on surfaces. By staying on platforms above it and constantly moving, you dodge most incoming damage while maintaining line of sight for your weapons.

Fires burning wood projectiles directly at the player. These travel fast and deal 80 base damage on contact. Dodge vertically by dropping to a lower platform when you see them launch.
Ground Movement
